WV Magistrate Court forms and information are available from the West Virginia Judiciary. For those not familiar with the process, or having been involved with court, it can be an overwhelming experience.
For this reason, Ron Bane and the Vote Bane team have put together a list of frequent court forms and informational resources. While this webpage isn’t meant to be construed as legal advice – you should always consult an attorney when dealing with legal matters involving court – the links are useful for educational purposes and when trying to quickly find information in one place.
Additionally, because Morgantown is not only the county seat of Monongalia County, but home of the WVU Mountaineers – West Virginia’s flagship state land grant university – traffic and parking violations that occur on the West Virginia University campus are processed in the local magistrate court.
