Monongalia County gets a new magistrate judge in July

Pending the Governor’s signature, with H.B. 3332, Monongalia County gets two magistrate judges, with one starting early in July 2023.

Ron Bane welcomes Tim Pocius and looks forward to work with him again

Tim Pocius will serve again as Monongalia County Division 2 magistrate judge, starting March 27, 2023.

Ron Bane Takes on Other Cases as Assigned Effective Immediately

With Chief Magistrate Nabors on vacation, Magistrates Bane & Holepit will work to cover Monongalia County’s extra caseload in the interim until a replacement can be appointed by the Chief Judge of WV’s 17th Judicial Circuit to fill the vacancy left by Todd Gaujot.
